Approximately two months ago, I had an issue with one of my two air conditioning units. Your technician stopped by to see what the problem might be and decided he needed to replace a part. When he returned and replaced the part, he noticed that the temperature was correct but that the pressure was not where it should be. What impressed me the most was that he could have told me it was fixed and I would not have known the difference. Instead, he called his supervisor who subsequently worked the problem until it was completely fixed. I believe that this incident exemplifies your company’s commitment to serve your customers to the best of your abilities.

My confidence in American Air & heat continues to increase as I follow up with those friends with whom I have recommended your company to. They are all very pleased with how you have taken such good care of them and their air conditioning needs.
